Forgot which email address you used to sign up for your .eco profile account? Don't worry! We'll help you get back into your account.
The first thing to do is to check your inbox for an email with the subject: Welcome to .eco. It should look like this:
If you find that email then whichever email address the email was sent to is the email address that you used to sign up for your account. If you remember your password, you can sign in using that email address and password. If you don't remember your password, then plug that email address into the forgot password form to create a new password.
If you can't find the Welcome email, start by verifying that your profile is indeed activated. You can try visiting the profile page for your domain by going to
https://profiles.eco/<your .eco domain>. If the page says that the profile is not yet active, try resending the activation email for your domain.
If your profile is active and the Welcome email isn't in your inbox, that's where things get a bit trickier. Possibly your .eco profile was set up by a former colleague or it was sent to an email address that you no longer have access to.
If you still have the original activation email (it has the subject Activate <your .eco domain> from firstname.lastname@example.org) or any of the reminder activation emails, you can click the 'Activate .eco profile' button to go to the sign up page and sign up for a new account with your current email address. Don't worry, you don't need to recreate your .eco profile - you will have access to it as soon as you sign in.
If these steps don't work, please don't hesitate to contact us via chat. We're always happy to help!
